When Sabrina Peterson cathartically released the truth of an experience she had been holding in, she had no idea the deluge it would release. After Peterson admitted that Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., better known by fans as rapper T.I., had held a gun to her head nearly 15 years ago, a flood of women stepped forward to accuse the rapper and his wife Tameka Cottle, aka “Tiny,” of similar egregious behavior. Now, over 15 women have accused the rapper and his wife of sexual assault and other violent behavior.

Sabrina Peterson’s Floodgate

Tiny and Peterson were once friends, but that bridge has long since been burned. Peterson is an oft-outspoken critic of the elite and royalty-like culture of the politicians and wealthy in Atlanta, which has put her at odds with the rich and famous before. Peterson has spoken out against Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and openly supports her likely future rival for the position, Felicia Moore

Per Hot97,In an Instagram post, Sabrina claims T.I allegedly put a gun to her head while children were in the room. According to Sabrina, she was assaulting Tip’s former assistant. Sabrina says the former assistant was treating her like a ‘slave.’ Sabrina said in the post,

‘The sad part about being a woman & BEING A BLACK WOMAN IS THIS! The public PRAISES OUR PREDATORS! @troubleman31 you PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD IN FRONT OF CHILDREN & I NEVER CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! But for years you have painted me as the VILLAIN!’ She continued,

‘AS BLACK WOMEN! It’s hard to heal from RAPE, VIOLENCE OR ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU ARE PAINTED AS THE PROBLEM OR REASON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU! LETS NORMALIZE THE ALLOWING BLACK WOMEN TO HEAL! It’s so hard being the VICTIM OF RAPE & BEING PAINTED AS THE REASON IT HAPPENED!’”

Although it must have felt like a relief to share her harrowing experience, Peterson had no idea what it would spark.

Other Women Step Forward

After sharing her experience with Tip and Tiny, women reached out to Peterson with their stories of abuse and assault by the husband and wife duo.

The Source shares, “Among most tales, the background in their encounters remains constant as they detail being invited to join T.I. and Tiny in a sexual capacity and being offered various drugs in the process.

Grey areas present themselves as some women accuse the couple of refusing them entry into hotel rooms, being asked to leave, or even threatening to cancel their flights back home unless they partake in popping unknown pills. Furthermore, others recall ‘blacking out’ during their encounters and waking up to bruises and bleeding in intimate areas they presume to be the result of intercourse for which they weren’t conscious enough to give consent.

‘I saw about 4 different girls that look completely out of it and strung out on the couch and one in the bathroom hanging over the tub like she was gonna throw up,’ details one woman who allegedly met the couple as a dancer in 2017. ‘…I was too scared I didn’t even tell my friend what happened until almost a week later. Please hide my identity.’

One woman, in particular, reveals that despite going to the couple’s home to engage in a routine hookup, she would later find out that she was allegedly raped by a member of their entourage while unconscious.

‘They did threaten me about talking but I was so embarrassed I would’ve never told that story to anyone anyways,’ she confides.”

Some women beg to be kept anonymous, fearing the repercussions if Harris and Cottle find out their identities. Some describe being passed around among the couple’s friends while unconscious, and the overall theme of the accusations is violence, drugs, and egregious assaults and violations. One woman warns Peterson through Instagram, “exposing the devil is going to be dangerous.”

T.I. & Tiny Release a Statement

The rapper and his wife, for their part, are denying the accusations. Complex shares a statement from the couple and adds that they have had, “trouble,” from Peterson over the years.

The statement reads, “”Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and more importantly want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson. The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously, and if these allegations don’t end, they will take appropriate legal action.”

Although it’s clear the victims fear reprisal from Harris and Cottle, Peterson is undeterred. The Glam University founder shared this yesterday on Instagram; “Sis! I learned something this week!

You never heal from the things you don’t reveal. Speaking to your pain, past experiences & getting them out allow you room to process them & cultivate some level of a healing plan.

Also note your silence is THEIR POWER! They will do anything to discredit you and attempt to make you not feel or reveal your truth.

I’m an empath so I’m disturbed by what I’m finding out, it’s HEAVY.

There’s a certain level of strength you give a mother when you violate or exploit her child on social media to PAD YOUR LIES!

You can come for me all you want but when you put my child in the mix on THINGS YOU KNOW ARE TRUE, then ITS A PROBLEM!

I can never remove my baby’s image in that way from the internet but I can make sure that when he’s old enough to see it! HE KNOWS IT WAS UP & STUCK! & my momma maybe many things but a LIAR isn’t one of them.

TO MY WOMEN THAT ARE SPEAKING & MENTALLY SORTING OUT YOUR EXPERIENCES!

I know it’s a lot to process, I’m looking for a therapist for all victims now.

YOU CANT HEAL FROM WHAT YOU NEVER REVEAL.”

Neither Harris nor Cottle have directly addressed the accusations of the other 15 women on social media, and Peterson doesn’t seem likely to back down any time soon.

This story is developing.
