Late in February, the first trailer dropped for the upcoming Hulu series, The Kardashians. Since then, the Kardashian-Jenner family has been making headlines left and right. One might even assume that it’s all related.
Pregnancy rumors, drama, and an embittered divorce have put the Kardashian family front and center as they navigate the start of a brand-new reality series. Here are the Kardashian headlines generating the most buzz right now – and what you should know about the upcoming show.
Kourtney – Pregnant or Not?
For the past month or so, fans of Kourtney Kardashian have been adamant that the reality star is pregnant. After all, we already know that her engagement to Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker is featured in the upcoming series. So first comes love, second comes engagement, third comes baby #4?
That’s what the internet wanted to believe. In recent weeks, the usually-svelte star has been covering up with baggy and oversized clothing, leading man to speculate that her slim middle is sporting a baby bump. On Monday, Kourtney decided to squash those rumors once and for all (or not – we’ll get to that in a minute). The 42-year-old took to social media to share a fiery pic of herself in a bikini – with nary a baby bump in sight.
The image included a link to a Poosh article and a comment on healthy living, and it was clear that the woman in the pictures was unlikely to be pregnant. However, it wouldn’t be the first time a woman thought to use an old picture to deflect some pregnancy rumors so we’re not giving up on this one quite yet. Notably, the star did not directly address the rumors – so whether baby #4 is on the way or not, time will tell.
Scott Disick Gets a Little Weird
While Kourtney and Travis are off celebrating their love and enjoying warm salt breezes, her ex is getting a little freaky. Scott Disick was recently pictured out and about with someone who looks eerily like Kylie Jenner, sister to his ex Kourtney with whom Disick shares three children. Disick was spotted leaving Nobu in Malibu with Holly Scarfone on his arm – and you’d be forgiven for thinking he was out with Kylie.
Is it normal to date someone who looks exactly like the little sister of your ex-girlfriend? Well, we wouldn’t exactly call that a common occurrence – but it would seem that once you go Kardashian-Jenner, you have a hard time going back.
Kim Pleads for Freedom
Case in point, Kanye West – aka Ye. West has been embroiled in a bitter divorce with another Kardashian – Kim – over the past few months. While Kim has moved on with new beau Pete Davidson and seems to really be enjoying post-married life, Ye has doubled down on efforts to reunite his family and stay married to Kim.
As all of this is going on, Ye is dating a Kim Kardashian clone – model Chaney Jones – which does not sound healthy at all. For awhile, West was dating another model, Julia Fox, who looked strikingly like Kim, although not an exact clone – but creepily dressed just like her.
Late last week, Kim filed in the courts to end her marriage with West since it’s become abundantly clear to everyone – including, hopefully, a therapist helping Ye through this process – that West will not be giving up any time soon. West has launched a scathing online campaign against Davidson, acting bizarrely and blasting private business all over the internet. West’s calculated efforts online to force Kim to reconsider him and leave Davidson are part of her filings to end the marriage.
India Times shares, “‘Since filing for divorce, Mr. West, by his actions, has made it clear that he does not accept that the parties’ marital relationship is over,’ the documents stated. ‘Mr. West has disseminated on social media the parties’ private communications and misinformation about personal family matters and co-parenting, which has caused emotional distress. Terminating marital status should help Mr. West to accept that the parties’ marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist in peacefully co-parenting the parties’ children.’”
Working against West is the fact that he has already publicly apologized for harassing Kim and Davidson online – although his behavior shows zero remorse. As West continues to escalate his attempts to get Kim back, the world watches in worried slow-motion horror.

And what do headlines dominated by Kardashian-Jenners add up to? A brand-new reality show starring the Kardashian family, that’s what. A new trailer dropped this week to give fans a glimpse into what they can expect on the upcoming The Kardashians series which hits Hulu on April 14.
Deadline writes, “Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie bring the cameras back to give truth to their stories. From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a rivetingly honest story of love & life in the spotlight.”
The new clip teases the family’s “transformations” over the past year and suggests that we may be privy to some of the most momentous occasions the family endured since the end of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. For fans of the family, it’s an exciting return to what they know and love – but maybe a little new and different.
