Happy birthday, Kevin Jonas! The Jonas Brothers guitarist is turning 33 years old on Thursday, November 5, which is making us feel a little old, TBH. We mean, he was only 17 when he and his brothers, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas, formed the band that would go on to become one of the biggest boy bands in history, and we cannot believe how fast time has flown by.
For those who don’t know, besides making music with his bros, Kevin has spent a lot of his time raising his two daughters, Alena and Valentina Jonas, with his wife, Danielle Jonas. Yep, the musician is actually a father now and we can’t believe it! Wow, the JoBros were such a big part of our childhoods, so the fact that Kevin is all grown up with kids of his own is seriously making us emotional.
And it turns out, he’s not the only boy band member to welcome a baby over the years. Prepare to have your minds blown, people, because here are all the other boy band-ers who have become dads.
Joe and his wife, Sophie Turner, quietly welcomed their first child together on July 22, 2020. They have yet to speak out about the baby, but TMZ reported that it was a girl and that they named her Willa.
“Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful,” he gushed on Instagram. “To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together.”
The couple has yet to share the baby’s name, but we hope they announce it soon!
“I’m pleased to say my baby son was born yesterday. He is healthy and pretty amazing 🙂 I’m very happy!” the former One Direction member wrote on Twitter at the time.
Liam Payne is also a dad! He and his ex-girlfriend, Cheryl Cole, welcomed their son, Bear Payne, on March 22, 2017.
“I’m incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it’s a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favorite memory I have so far,” the “Strip That Down” singer shared at the time. “I’m completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she’s really made my dreams come true. We haven’t named him yet but he’s already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.”
On April 22, 2019, Why Don’t We member Jack Avery and his girlfriend, Gabriella Gonzalez, welcomed their daughter, Lavender May Avery.
“The gift of Life. What a beautiful gift God so graciously has given us. On April 22, 2019, we got to finally meet our new best friend,” Gonzalez share on Instagram. “And now we get to introduce her to you! Meet Lavender May Avery… The most delicate and precious flower. I’m so thankful for all the love and support surrounding her. I am so excited that I get to share all of our little milestones with you! Our little Earth Day baby… Ready to save the Earth.”
CNCO’s Richard Camacho sent the internet into a frenzy when he announced that he had become a dad. His daughter, Aaliyah Sofía, was born on August 1, 2016. Congrats!
Austin Porter from PRETTYMUCH and his girlfriend, Ansley Mitchell, welcomed a baby boy, named Theodore, on May 28, 2020.
“Last night I gave birth to my first child completely natural. I labored for three full days with absolutely no pain medication and birthed the sweetest little soul completely natural at 7:04 P.M. Theodore Hudson William Porter weighed 7lbs 10oz at birth and measured 21.5 inches. Theodore Hudson I am so happy you made me a mama. Mommy and daddy are gonna love you forever,” Mitchell wrote on Instagram.
Remember Carlos PenaVega from Big Time Rush? Well, he and his wife, Alexa PenaVega, have welcomed not one, but two kids over the years. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Ocean King PenaVega, in December 2016. Their second son, Kingston James PenaVega, was born in June 2019.
Tom Parker and his wife, Kelsey Hardwick, welcomed a daughter together, named Aurelia, in July 2019. Then, The Wanted singer’s second child — a baby boy — was born in October 2020.
“I spoke to him yesterday and he’s doing good; he’s doing great,” his former bandmate Max George said in an interview. “Kelsey gave birth to the second child last week.”
