Donald Trump Lashes Out at E Jean Carroll Immediately Following Amended Lawsuit: ‘She Has No Idea’
Former President Donald Trump is lashing out at E Jean Carroll after she filed an amendment to a new lawsuit

Former President Donald Trump is lashing out at E Jean Carroll after she filed an amendment to a new lawsuit against the business mogul.
On Monday, Carroll filed a new suit against Trump which could find the former President liable for “significant monetary damages” due to his continued defamation of the writer, if a jury sees it her way again.
Carroll was recently awarded $5 million by a judge after a jury found Trump liable for battery and defamation.
It all started, according to Carroll, in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in 1996. Carroll says she and Trump exchanged pleasantries and talked for awhile, bantering playfully.
But things turned grim when, according to Carroll, the former POTUS pushed her against the wall of a dressing room and sexually assaulted her.
The jury was unable to confirm whether Trump used his genitals or hands to assault Carroll, so he was not found guilty of rape – but he was found guilty of battery, and they agree that he defamed Carroll when he vehemently denied the assault years later.
Carroll was awarded her $5M and that would have been the end of that.
But then Donald Trump appeared on a CNN Town Hall earlier this month.

During the town hall, Trump blasted Carroll.
CNBC reports, “Carroll’s new proposed amended lawsuit notes during his CNN town hall interview, ‘Trump falsely stated that he did not sexually abuse Carroll, that he has no idea who Carroll was, and that Carroll’s now-proven accusation was a ‘fake’ and ‘made up story’ created by a ‘whack job.’ ‘
‘Trump also insulted Carroll’s character and downplayed his sexual abuse of her by asking ‘what kind of woman meets someone’ and then ‘within minutes’ plays ‘hanky-panky in a dressing room,’ ‘ the amended complaint says.
The filing notes about 3.3 million people watched the CNN broadcast and heard the audience in the studio ‘applauding and laughing along uproariously to Trump’s comments.’
The filing cites several Twitter posts that echoed Trump’s ‘many lies and demeaning remarks’ about Carroll.
‘These and other similar messages are exactly what Trump intended,’ the amended complaint said.
‘Trump used a national platform to demean and mock Carroll. He egged on a laughing audience as he made light of his violent sexual assault, called Carroll names, implied that Carroll was asking to be assaulted, and dismissed the jury’s verdict vindicating Carroll.’”
Trump has now upped the ante on his insults against Carroll, taking to Truth just hours after Carroll’s lawyer filed for new damages.
The former POTUS wrote, “I don’t know E. Jean Carroll, I never met her or touched her (except on a celebrity line with her African American husband who she disgustingly called the ‘Ape,’), I wouldn’t want to know or touch her, I never abused her or raped her or took her to a dressing room 25 years ago in a crowded department store where the doors are LOCKED, she has no idea when, or did anything else to her, except deny her Fake, Made Up Story, that she wrote in a book. IT NEVER HAPPENED, IS A TOTAL SCAM, UNFAIR TRIAL!”
He added, “Page 2: The Carroll case is part of the Democrats playbook to tarnish my name and person, much like the now fully debunked Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, the 51 Intelligence Agents, FBI/Twitter Files, and so much more. It is being funded and tried by Democrat operatives, although this was denied by them, and when they got caught in the lie, the Clinton appointed judge would not let us use it in trial. Time will prove him to be highly partisan & very unfair. Where’s the dress she said she had?”
The more Trump talks, the more fuel he gives Carroll’s legal team.
