The House Ways and Means Committee is planning to release the tax returns for Donald Trump on Friday.

And as expected, that has sent the former POTUS into a fury.

Trump has taken to Truth Social to rant and rave about everything under the sun. Whether it’s an attempt to distract from his mounting legal woes and the upcoming tax release, or it’s because he’s feeling caged in and frustrated is hard to tell.

But this week, Trump took a moment to take a pot-shot at a reporter over her appearance, blast Mitch McConnell, and make a general menace of himself for the Biden administration.

Donald Trump Blasts ‘Unattractive Wack[sic] Job’ Reporter on Truth

Trump’s beef with the media is nothing new, but he has found himself exceptionally frustrated by outlets in recent months.

Where once Trump dominated every major news network and you couldn’t turn on the TV without seeing him interviewed, suddenly he’s persona non grata.

Not only has he divorced from his love affair with Rupert Murdoch-owned Fox News, but other outlets are hesitant to interview the former POTUS given his actions leading up to January 6.

As a result, Trump has found it increasingly difficult to address the American people – the voters he wants to woo before 2024.

And the coverage he’s receiving is not as flattering as it once was. Where once Trump was either the “good guy” or the “devilish bad guy,” suddenly he’s being represented as a has-been; and Trump is not feeling good about the turn of the tide.

On Truth Social Tuesday, Trump wrote, “The Fake & Corrupt News is only getting worse! As an example, I agreed to do a short telephone interview for a once very good, but now on its ‘last legs’ and failing, New York Magazine. The reporter was a shaky & unattractive wack job, known as ‘tough’ but dumb as a rock, who actually wrote a decent story about me a long time ago. Her name, Olivia Nuzzi. Anyway, the story was Fake News, her ‘anonymous sources’ don’t exist (true with many writers), and I’m happily fighting hard for our GREAT USA!”

But it wasn’t just the media who bore the brunt of Trump’s ire.

Senator Mitch McConnell, who has recently seemed emboldened by Trump’s fall from public favor, also received some of the FPOTUS’s Truth acid. As did McConnell’s wife, who received another one of Trump’s uncharming racist epithets.

Trump wrote, “The Marxist Democrats must have something really big on Mitch McConnell in order to get him and some of his friendly ‘Republican’ Senators to pass the horrendous ‘All Democrat, All the Way’ OMINOUS Bill. It gives Border Security to other countries, but ZERO $’s to the U.S., it fully funds the corrupt ‘Justice’ Department, FBI (which RIGGED the Presidential Election!), and even the Trump Hating Special ‘Prosecutor.’ It is also a massive giveaway & capitulation to CHINA, making COCO CHOW so happy!”

He then truth’d, “If the Old Crow waited just 10 days, the Republican Majority in the House could have made the ‘Ominous’ Bill MUCH, MUCH, MUCH BETTER. Just another win for the Democrats, Mitch, that wouldn’t have happened if ‘Trump’ were President!”

It’s unclear why Trump referred to himself in quotes, but his vitriol against McConnell was evident.

Donald Trump Taxes Contain Bombshell Lie-Busting Truths

As furious as it’s clearly making him, the former President can’t stop the House’s tax release coming on Friday.

CBS News reported today, “The House Ways and Means Committee expects to release former President Donald Trump’s redacted tax returns on Friday, a senior committee staffer confirmed to CBS News.

The committee voted last week to make portions of six years of Trump’s tax returns public, ending the former president’s long battle of trying to shield them from the public. The committee then released two reports, one from its members and another from the Joint Committee on Taxation, noting the IRS did not audit Trump the first two years he was in office. The House last week passed a law largely along party lines that would require the IRS to audit presidents’ tax returns and make reports of the audits public.

The committee’s chairman noted redactions to protect sensitive information would include things like Social Security numbers, PINs and bank accounts.”

While it’s unclear what people still don’t know about the FPOTUS’s taxes, what we do know is already damning.

For instance, a man who boasts about his wealth paid $0 in federal taxes in 2020.

One year, he and wife Melania claimed a refund of over $5 million.

And Trump once promised to donate his Presidential salary to charity – but it would seem that didn’t happen, or at least not the way the former POTUS said it would.

The move to release Trump’s taxes come as a last hurrah from the House’s Democrat majority just before Republicans take over in 2023.
