Donald Trump Taps Mark Milley For Execution, Possibly Violating Pre-Trial Conditions

Former President Donald Trump isn’t exactly known for holding his tongue. He tends to sound off about everything that comes to his mind. Even when those thoughts may seemingly condone or imply violence.
Now that he’s facing dozens of criminal charges in both federal and state courts, one would assume that Trump is being more careful about what he says. Especially online, where his own words may come back to haunt him in court. However, that has not been the case. And despite being warned to avoid violent rhetoric as part of his pre-trial release conditions, Trump seems to be keeping up his usual modus operandi. Because the business mogul just suggested that a former US Chief of Staff should be executed.
Trump Rages About Biden’s ‘Lazy A’
Of course, Donald Trump isn’t just attacking his former appointees. He’s also lashing out at shock jock Howard Stern, and President Joe Biden. Over the weekend, Trump went on a rant against Stern, blasting him as “Woke” and unpopular.
But on Monday morning, Trump took to Truth Social to take aim again at Biden. This time, he claims that Biden will “destroy” the country, and therefore the Autoworkers whose votes he hopes to earn. He began, “Crooked Joe Biden, who is killing the United Autoworkers with his WEAK stance on China and his ridiculous insistence on All Electric Cars, every one of which will be made in China, saw that I was going to Michigan this week (Wednesday!), so the Fascists in the White House just announced he would go there tomorrow.”
Trump then continued, “That was the only way to get him out of the basement and off his lazy a..!” Trump then called Biden a “complete disaster for all Autoworkers.” The former President suggested that Biden’s policies will mean that there wouldn’t be “any Autoworkers left” in three years. Trump then added that Biden is “destroying” the country, which then will “destroy” the Autoworkers. Trump roared, “When he slowly walks to pretend he is a ‘picket,’ REMEMBER, HE WANTS TO TAKE YOUR JOBS AWAY AND GIVE THEM TO CHINA AND OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES.”
And he concluded the rant with a plea; “TURN YOUR BACK ON THIS CORRUPT AND HIGHLY INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT, BY FAR THE WORST IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES, AND SHOUT OUT TO YOUR UNION LEADERSHIP TO ENDORSE DONALD J. TRUMP. I WILL KEEP YOUR JOBS AND MAKE YOU RICH!!!”
Donald Trump Taps Mark Milley For Execution And May Have Landed Himself In Hot Water
But that post was relatively peaceful compared to the words Donald Trump had for General Mark Milley. The outgoing head of the Joint Chiefs Mark Milley was appointed by Trump back in 2019. But he quickly earned the business mogul’s ire when he refused to support some of Trump’s more controversial moves. Trump also seems to be responding to a recent piece in The Atlantic where Milley described Trump’s disdain for servicemen. Milley cited a time when Trump seemed to sneer at an amputee veteran. He says Trump asked him, “Why do you bring people like that here? No one wants to see that, the wounded.” And at one time Trump allegedly referred to all soldiers as “just killers.”
On Friday, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Mark Milley, who led perhaps the most embarrassing moment in American history with his grossly incompetent implementation of the withdrawal from Afghanistan, costing many lives, leaving behind hundreds of American citizens, and handing over BILLIONS of dollars of the finest military equipment ever made, will be leaving the military next week.”
Trump added, “This will be a time for all citizens of the USA to celebrate!” He then claimed that Milley “turned out to be a Woke train wreck who, if the Fake News reporting is correct, was actually dealing with China to give them a heads up on the thinking of the President of the United States.” He then seemed to suggest Milley should be executed, writing, “This is an act so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH!”
Is Trump Violating Pre-Trial Conditions?
The violent rhetoric and implied threat may violate Donald Trump‘s pre-trial release conditions. Trump was warned by judges overseeing his classified document and election interference cases to avoid threatening language. And he has been warned against attacks against public officials and witnesses.
It’s unclear if Milley is a witness in either of the major federal cases. But if so, Trump’s words on Truth could violate those conditions. A former attorney for the New York Attorney General’s office wrote on X over the weekend, “My bet: Donald Trump is threatening General Milley because General Milley is on the government’s witness list for the trial in the Mar-a-Lago documents case.”

If Tristan Snell is right, then Donald Trump could face unknown penalties or repercussions for the threatening language against Milley.
