Drake's newest album, "Honestly, Nevermind" dropped last week – and the star took to Miami to celebrate.

From STORY to strolling the South Beach nightlife scene, Drake and pals lit up the city for a weekend of partying and good food, good friends, and great fun were on the agenda.

Honestly, Nevermind

Drake – birth name Aubrey Drake Graham – dropped a new album last Friday completely by surprise, and it was met with mixed reviews. The album sported a different sound than fans were used to, and some weren't impressed.

Many said it was his worst album to date – but others loved the new vibe and welcomed it with enthusiasm.

Like most artists, Graham did what he loved – and is letting the criticism roll off his back. The star took to Twitter to let people know he was undeterred, per DailyMail, "The music artist appeared in a video posted to Twitter in which he said, 'That’s what we do. We wait for you to catch up.'

…At the top of the snippet he said, 'It’s all good if you don’t get it yet,' before finishing with, 'We caught up already. On to the next.'"

Graham showed his excitement for his newest project by hitting Miami for a few days of fun and celebration with some good friends – and it was quite the whirlwind weekend.

A Night Out at South Beach

Graham and friends started the weekend in Miami's nightlife just a few hours after Honestly, Nevermind hit the internet.

Graham and his cohorts hit the town around 1AM and partied until 5AM. Friends joining Graham included DJ Khaled, P.J. Tucker and Michael Bay.

Saturday, the crew moved to Prime 112 and enjoyed new celebrity hotspot SexyFish for the best bites in the town. DJ Carnage joined Graham and his other friends at the new Miami restaurant, and it caused quite the stir as people tried to get a glimpse of the stars.

Drake’s STORY Party

Graham capped the weekend off at Miami's STORY – one of the hottest clubs in the world.

The crew also celebrated OVO Chubbs' birthday and danced and partied the evening away with bottles of Ace of Spades and 1942.

DJ Khaled hosted the evening alongside Drake and joining them for a night of celebration were soccer stars Ronaldinho, Vinicius Jr., Paulo Dybala and Paul Pogba. “Todo De Ti” artist Rauw Alejandro and producer Dimelo Flow also joined the all-star lineup who called STORY home for a night of fun, drinks and good music.

STORY is no stranger who stars, who often make a point of visiting the hot Miami venue because of its world-class atmosphere, service and entertainment – but this weekend was an extra special meet-up of music and sports greats.
