International superstar DJ Erick Morillo has been arrested. According to Local 10 News, Erick Morillo was arrested and charged with sexual battery for an incident that occurred at his Miami Beach house in December of 2019.
Morillo, who is 49 and a DJ world superstar, is accused of sexual battery against a fellow DJ who he worked with on a private party on Star Island. According to reports, the pair later went to Morillo’s La Gorce Drive house for drinks, with another, also unnamed woman.
According to Local 10, a victim report states Morillo, “made several advances towards her, some sexual in nature, but she refused all of his attempts.” The report says she was intoxicated, and found a room in the house to sleep it off.
The victim report says, “[the victim] reported waking up nude on the bed, with Mr. Morillo standing on the side of the bed also nude.” A rape kit was collected, and the results came back positive for Morillo’s DNA yesterday. Morilo turned himself in, according to his attorney.
Celeb Magazine reached out to famous Miami Beach DJ and Grammy award winner, CedricGervais for comment. He stated,
“Sorry, I don’t know who he [DJ Erick Morillo] is.”
