When you ask celebrities what their secret to looking young and staying fresh is, most will answer first with the same thing: water. It’s a life-sustaining, often-overlooked part of any person’s day. People who drink a lot of water will say that they owe their skin’s glowing health to their intake, and people who switch from sugary drinks to water tout the health benefits they discover.
