The Fontainebleau is bringing their signature style and class to Las Vegas in 2023.
Bringing with it the kind of hospitality and hotel experience you can't find anywhere else, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is offering something new – a singular retail experience that will span 90,000 square feet and meet all your luxury shopping needs.
Fontainebleau Shopping
When you go to Las Vegas, there are myriad options to choose between for hotels, dining, gaming and shopping. Entertainment venues are as varied as the people who visit them.
So to stand out from the competition, each venue has to offer something completely unique and different.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ unique vertical design gives us great creative flexibility when it comes to our retail space. We’re incorporating other elements of the Fontainebleau brand into our space, making for a seamless guest experience and generating unprecedented exposure and foot traffic for our retail partners.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas will do just that, and now they're upping the ante even more with a lavish 90k square foot retail experience that includes 35 stores and spans 2 stories.
The Fontainebleau retail experience will blend seamlessly with the rest of the hotel's luxury offerings, making guests feel like they're casually strolling through their own VIP shopping center with convenience and elegance at every turn.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas – Coming in 2023
It's all part of the grand Fontainebleau promise. Created by Fontainebleau Development, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a vertically integrated, luxury 67-story hotel, gaming, entertainment, and meeting destination that brings the quality guests expect from sister locations such as Fontainebleau Miami to the Vegas Strip.
Opening in 2023, the Fontainebleau team promises, "approximately 3,700 uniquely designed hotel rooms, more than 550,000 square feet of convention space, and a world-class collection of restaurants and shops, pool experiences, vibrant nightlife options, and coveted spa and wellness offerings" as well as 173K square feet of gaming space, plus more.
All facets of the resort have been thoughtfully considered with chic, sophisticated, and elegant architectural design and elements that echo the DNA of our brand. By blending different programmatic elements throughout Fontainebleau Las Vegas, rather than keeping them separate, window shopping and billboarding take on a whole new meaning, as our retail partners will capture more business organically while keeping guests connected to the overall experience. We’re excited to have construction underway as the first new luxury hotel to be built in Las Vegas in nearly 15 years.
The Fontainebleau family embraces an ethos of "modern luxury for the guest," creating an atmosphere that is both fully-integrated and convenient and elegant, paying homage to the best parts of the last century's style, comfort and class.
Those familiar with the Miami location can expect more of the company's same commitment to excellence as well as flavors and touches that make the newest sister location a truly Vegas experience.
