A Fulton County judge has established a bond of $200,000 for former President Donald Trump in connection with the district attorney’s case involving election interference.

Trump, along with 18 other co-defendants, has been given until noon on Friday to present themselves at Fulton County Jail for processing.

Included in Trump’s bond conditions is a stipulation that he “shall refrain from any actions intended to intimidate individuals known to him or her as co-defendants or witnesses in this case, and shall not obstruct the due process of law.”

The conditions extend to prohibiting “direct or indirect threats” against co-defendants or witnesses, encompassing social media posts and reposts made by others.

Additionally, Trump is barred from discussing the case’s particulars with co-defendants, except through legal representation.

As previously reported by ABC News, post-indictment, bail and release terms are typically negotiated before any surrender takes place in Georgia.

Last week, District Attorney Willis indicted Trump and 18 others on charges of racketeering, alleging their participation in a conspiracy to unlawfully alter the election outcome in favor of Trump in Georgia.

Trump has maintained that his actions were legal and that the investigation is politically motivated.
