Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are calling the police about each other in an escalating drama that could be reaching dangerous heights. The duo’s divorce has gone from salty to outright hostile. 911 calls are the norm. But now the contentious duo is calling the police about each other in the same altercations. And some experts worry that things are escalating to dangerous levels.
Kim and Kroy’s Divorce Has Turned Bitterly Contentious

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak first met her former NFL husband in 2010. A year later, they welcomed their first child together. That same year, they exchanged vows. Shortly after the wedding, they launched their own reality show called Don’t Be Tardy.
Together, they share four children and 12 years of what seemed from the outside to be wedded bliss. Unfortunately, that wedded bliss has turned into a nightmare now that their marriage is over.
In May 2023 the pair both filed for divorce, citing a marriage that is “irretrievably broken.” In July, however, they seemed to be working things out and canceled the divorce proceedings. Since then, things have unfortunately gone downhill in a serious way. On August 24, 2023, Kroy filed for divorce for a second time. A month later, Kim filed to dismiss the divorce. And then things got messy again.

Now, the couple has spent ample first responder resources on calls about each other. And in the most recent incident, they called about each other over the same incident, which muddies the water for any judge attempting to untangle their contentious divorce proceedings.
On September 28, police responded to a call after Kim accused Kroy of stealing her phone. He then dodged responding officers. And on September 30, the duo called the police on each other. Around 3 PM, Kroy reported that Kim had barricaded herself in a room. RadarOnline reports that the police report reads, “Caller Statement: Wife is attacking him/kicking him. RP (reporting person) says FEM (female) has locked herself in the room that she isn’t supposed to be in.” Kim then “ran” from her house in her robe, and was labeled a suspect on the run.
However, minutes after police left the scene after they responded to Kroy’s call, Kim called them. Her account of the situation was far different. The report reads, “Caller Statement: PD (police department) just left. I went to my (storage) space he came in and started going through my stuff, broke my nails, (redacted) he went out the side door with all my stuff.”
These incidents are the sixth and seventh time that police have responded to the couple’s Atlanta, Georgia, home. And it doesn’t seem like things are going to calm down any time soon. While the incidents so far seem to mostly just be weird behavior, they share all the hallmarks of domestic rows that could turn dangerous.
