A new TikTok video has Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga fans in perfect accord.
The video is posted on Lady Gaga’s account, so ostensibly the video contains the “Bad Romance” singer.
But as soon as the video uploaded, fans took to the comments in confusion, asking, “Is this Miley Cyrus cosplaying as Lady Gaga?”
And we’ve got to admit, they have a valid question.
In the video, Gaga – real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta – shows off some @HausLabs neutral lip colors.
But there’s something fishy. Because she looks just like an older Miley Cyrus.
In the video, Germanotta (?) smiles at the camera, spins around, and shows off four of the brand’s lip colors. Her hair is down and casually mussed, and she’s wearing a black tank top.
“Princess Diana” by Ice Spice and Nicki Minaj is playing in the background.
Germanotta captioned the video, “These NEUTRALS are HOT LIKE THIS RECORD 💄💋 @HausLabs (Grrrrrrr…I’m wearing maple matte 😉).”

But fans weren’t convinced that they were actually looking at Gaga herself.
They took to the comments with their confusion and comments.
One wrote, “My mind is fighting over deciding whether this is Miley Cyrus or Lady Gaga.”
Another wrote, “Why does Lady Gaga don’t even look like herself at all that’s like a totally different person. What is going on?😳.”
One adds, “Why does Lady Gaga look like an older Miley Cyrus?”
And another fan nailed the oddness, writing, “This gives Miley Cyrus cosplaying as lady Gaga.”
And one fan wasn’t seeing only Miley, they got some Britney Spears vibes too; “She looks like Miley but also like Britney but also like lady Gaga what’s going on?”
A confused fan wrote, “when I saw this I thought wow she looks like lady gaga. then I was like wow she is lady gaga.”
And another asked, “Why does she look like a Lady Gaga lookalike.”
But some fans thought they might have the answer as to why she looks so like-herself/not-like-herself.
One fan quipped, “Girl in her ozempic era 🥰slay baby.”
Another responded confidently, “She doesn’t look like Britney at all. She just looks like she’s on Ozempic and got her fillers on.”
And one fan agreed, adding, “DAMN save some Ozempic for the rest of us!!!!”
But not everyone believe in the Ozempic hype – with one fan clarifying, “gaga has always been tiny idk why y’all think she took ozempic. she could just be eating right LMAO.”
So, is the person in the video really Lady Gaga, or is it Miley Cyrus cosplaying as Lady Gaga – or is it Britney Spears?
The person in the video is almost certainly Lady Gaga. There’s no reason for any cosplaying or fake-outs while promoting a new lip brand.
But we have to admit – we can understand why people are a little confused.
And as to the apparent rumor that Gaga is taking the controversial diet drug Ozempic like everyone else in Hollywood, that seems a little too far-fetched.
Gaga always puts her health and wellness at the forefront of her life, so she’s probably just ready for some hot girl summer – with @HausLabs lippies.
