This year's festival will return to its new home at NOS Event Center after a successful 2021 debut.

The event venue for 2022 will feature five outdoor stages, free water stations, shade structures, a one-acre lagoon, cooling mist systems throughout the venue, and more - all focused on keeping guests cool, comfortable and safe in the summer temps.

In addition, the VIP pool will make its return for those with special tickets who want to escape the warm weather altogether.

It all started in 2007 with Gary Richards, known as DJ Destructo.

Soundclub Mag writes, "HARD has garnered a dedicated fan base in the years since its inauguration, and for good reason. Although it is predominantly known as an EDM festival, it also features prominent rap and alternative shows on the regular.

The renowned music festival is famous for being a dance fest, featuring world-class talent, and initially gained its popularity due to its founder, Destructo."

Over the years the popularity has waxed and waned but after 2021's successful NOS premiere, 2022 looks to be the biggest and best year ever - and with a lineup like that, success is certain.
