Where Is Cast Of ‘Phil Of The Future’ Now? See Stars In 2021

Get ready to feel old, you guys, because it has officially been 17 years since Phil of the Future premiered. Yep, that’s right, the Disney Channel show aired its first episode on June 18, 2004, and we cannot believe how fast time has flown by! It feels like just yesterday that we were watching Phil, Keely and Pim on our TV screens, so the fact that it’s already been almost two decades since it came out is seriously blowing our minds.

For those who forgot, the iconic series starred Ricky Ullman, Amy Bruckner, Craig Anton, Lise Simms, Aly Michalka and J.P. Manoux. It was all about a family who accidentally got stuck in the past after their time machine broke. It went on for two epic seasons before it came to an end in August 19, 2006, and went it went off the air, it was definitely the end of an era!

But wait, what is the cast up to these days?! In honor of the anniversary, we decided to check in on them all, and boy, have they changed a lot over the last 17 years! Here’s what the stars of Phil of the Future are doing now…

What Is Ricky Ullman Doing Now?

Ullman — who now goes by his official first name, Raviv — did not slow down after Phil of the Future ended. He went on to star in Driftwood, That Guy, Normal Adolescent Behavior, Prom Wars: Love Is a Battlefield, Rita Rocks, How to Make Love to a Woman, The Trouble With Cali, Contest, Strangers and more. He also starred in a bunch of off-Broadway plays, joined a few bands over the years (he can play guitar and the drums!), directed a few music videos, started his own podcast and more. Plus, he dropped his first official album — called Calm Down — in October 2014, and it was full of bops, TBH.

What Is Amy Bruckner Doing Now?

After Phil of the Future, Bruckner landed roles in Nancy Drew and American Dragon: Jake Long, but then, she took a seven-year break from acting. In 2014, she stepped back into the scene when she starred in the movie The Assault. In 2017 she appeared in Trust (and Other Lies We Tell Ourselves to Sleep at Night), but hasn’t acted in anything since. Now, it looks like she lives a pretty normal life and is studying to become a lawyer! She doesn’t even use social media, but according to Seventeen, she got engaged to her longtime boyfriend, engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Timothy Rogan, in 2018. Congrats!

What Is Craig Anton Doing Now?

Anton may always be Lloyd Diffy in fans’ hearts, but that hasn’t stopped him from accomplishing a lot over the years. He acted in Tom Goes to the Mayor, Dragon Wars: D-War, Careless, The Mother of Invention, Jason’s Big Problem, Ashes, Nic & Tristan Go Mega Dega, International Ghost Investigators, Maron, An L.A. Minute, Deep Astronomy and the Romantic Sciences and more — wow, talk about impressive! He is also a member of the comedy group 2 Headed Dog alongside comedians Jim Turner, Mark Fite and Dave (Gruber) Allen. He is married to a woman named Lesley Gray, and together they have two daughters.

What Is Lise Simms Doing Now?

Lise Simms

Simms most famously went on to play Dr. Sedwick in Days of our Lives. She also appeared in iCarly, 90210, United States of Tara, Switched At Birth, Bones, Grey’s Anatomy, The Odd Couple, Bad Sister, NCIS and others. She has also acted in numerous Broadway plays such as Other People’s Money, Mame, Can-Can, Sweet Charity and Bye Bye Birdie. Her husband, Terry Rhoads, sadly passed away in 2013. She got remarried to John Stewart in 2018, but they recently separated.

What Is Aly Michalka Doing Now?

Phil of the future was just the beginning for Michalka. They broke so many records, won tons of awards, embarked on numerous world tours and more! And get this — Michalka is now a married woman! She tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, fellow actor Stephen Ringer, in 2015.

What Is J.P. Manoux Doing Now?

J.P. Manoux

Fans can now catch Manoux in Knocked Up, Transformers, What We Do Is Secret, Minutemen, ER, The Emperor’s New School, Weather Girl, The Replacements, Scary Movie V, Spun Out, Good Girls Revolt, Turnt, Oishi: Demon Hunter, Veep and more! He also directed and wrote a few episodes for numerous shows including Aaron Stone, Spun Out, The Wayne Brady Show and more.
