The history-making property has debuted a commercial starring some of music’s biggest names, and they’re giving viewers a sneak peek into the sheer brilliance that is the Resorts World experience. With names like Carrie Underwood, Celine Dion, Luke Bryan, Zedd, Tiesto, and Katy Perry; how can you be anything but fabulous?

With the opening of Resorts World almost exactly two months away, the Vegas rumor mill is going into overdrive with excitement. The entire world has its eyes focused on the desert. But Resorts World doesn’t do things by half measures, so they’ve gone big to give people a sneak peek into the incredible entertainment lineup. A short film starring some of the music industry’s biggest names is taking viewers on a magical journey through cutting-edge technology.

The film follows a couple as they journey through the future of technology, hospitality and gaming. Filmed with the same combination of virtual reality, CGI elements and game-engine tech used to create Disney’s wildly popular series The Mandalorian, the Resorts World film is a stunning creation blending real life and the impossible.

In the film, the couple explores a series of fantasy worlds created within the Resorts World offerings. On their magical passage, the couple meets some of the property’s biggest lords and ladies; Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Celine Dion, Tiësto and Zedd. Each artist is reigning over their own demesne, beckoning travelers and visitors to come explore the fantastic. After brushing elbows with some of the world’s greatest music artists, the couple lifts their gaze to the stars and the tagline “Stay Fabulous!” is revealed.

Filmed with live virtual reality technology, this movie is setting the standard for Las Vegas advertising. If you can have your characters stroll through a park on Mars—and the park is actually appearing on screens before them as they stroll—the sky becomes the limit.

This first-of-its-kind commercial venture is produced by Resorts World Las Vegas’s Advertising Agency of Record, Hooray Agency, and Psyop, in partnership with Nant Studios. In a statement from the property, representatives said, “‘Stay Fabulous’ will run on television in select markets during the Academy Awards as well as online and streaming services, launching the resort’s first national brand campaign.”

Resorts World Opens June 24

If they’re going this big for a commercial, it’s hard to imagine what the experience of setting foot on the property will actually be like. With some of the best hospitality minds in the business, Resorts World is set to become a model for the world. President of Resorts World, Scott Sibella, had thoughts on the “Stay Fabulous” theme: “The concept of Stay Fabulous captures the essence of the Resorts World Las Vegas brand where guests are encouraged to embrace their individuality and create their own version of fabulous. With stunning visuals and special appearances from A-list entertainers, the commercial gives a peek into the incredible experiences that await when our doors open this June.”

So when can you experience this wonder in person? Hang on to your hats, because Resorts World announced earlier this week that the opening date is June 24. That’s almost exactly two months from now. So you have enough time to plan that Vegas getaway.
