Resorts World's opening date

Never has there been such hype and excitement around the opening of a resort as there is surrounding Resorts World. The Las Vegas destination promises to be something new and fantastic for the desert city, and each partnership announcement has raised the bar a little higher for what to expect when their doors open. But for months, the only answer to when Resorts World would officially debut has been enigmatic; sometime this summer. Now, however, the date has been announced.

And the Date is …

Resorts World's opening date

After months of edge-of-the-seat waiting for when Resorts World would draw the curtain, the wait is over. We now have a date: June 24, 2021. The mammoth, 3,500-room luxury resort is bringing the world with it; you can find a little bit of everything inside. And now you know when you can step through those magical doors.

In a statement, President of Resorts World Las Vegas Scott Sibella shares thoughts on the exciting development; “After years of planning and constructing this monumental property with some of the most innovative partners in the industry, Resorts World Las Vegas will redefine the hospitality standard in Las Vegas with unmatched dining and entertainment, more variety of hotel accommodations than anywhere else on the Strip and the city’s most progressive technology. We are filled with gratitude and excitement as we approach our opening this June and hope to play a role in Las Vegas’s rebound after what has been an incredibly challenging year for the destination and greater hospitality industry.”

Not just a travel destination, Resorts World promises to welcome locals and become the premiere place in Vegas to spend the day or night. In a city full of wondrous locales, Resorts World promises to be the best of the best.

Resorts World Partners Are Awesome

Every time Resorts World has shared an announcement about a new partnership, you can almost hear the awe and acclaim. They’ve partnered with fine dining and beverage businesses like Craig’sVegan, Wally’s, and the all new Famous Food Street Eats.

And it’s not just your stomach that will be singing a happy tune at Resorts World; the nightlife promises to be peerless. Zouk Group recently announced a residency at Resorts World for one of the world’s best DJs, Tiesto, and lounges like Gatsby’s will keep the party going long after you’ve left the casino.

From market-like shopping venues to dine-in restaurants, nightclubs, a casino, and a 5.5-acre pool complex, you won’t even need to leave Resorts World to taste a little bit of everything Vegas has to offer.

But of course, it wouldn’t be a resort without somewhere to lay your head at night. Hilton Las Vegas is offering 1,774 full-service guest rooms and suites ranging from 400 to 3,300 square feet with smart, elegant amenities in a forward-focused setting.

Conrad Las Vegas features 1,496 contemporary guest rooms and suites ranging from 550 to 2,800 square feet. With luxury amenities and a curated art program, your stay in a Conrad room will have you feeling relaxed and invigorated.

Crockfords Las Vegas offers 236 ultra-luxury guest rooms and suites ranging from 550 to 7,000 square feet. The Crockfords rooms are luxury to the extreme and boast personalized service, allowing you to stay and vacay like a star.

While all of that has us ready to pack our bags and jump on a flight for that June 24 opening, a portion of Resorts World’s story should be shared in numbers, and they are impressive. The resort will offer 70,000 square feet of retail space, a 5,000-square foot concert and entertainment venue, 250,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, 117,000 square feet of gaming space at the casino, 200,000 square feet of crystal clear LED display screens, and a 27,000 square foot spa experience.

Vegas is Back and Better than Ever

Resorts World's opening date

Resorts World’s announcement this week is a reminder that the desert city is back and better than ever. After a difficult and dark 2020, the city is awakening again and people are returning in droves. Eager to feel some of the electricity of the Las Vegas strip, travelers and locals alike are appreciating the city’s charms after having been denied so long.

The hospitality industry is finally shaking off the burdens, and Resorts World’s massive employment opportunity promises to offer jobs to people who have long felt bereft of hope. With something to please every whim at Resorts World, it’s clear that the opening will mark the start of something extraordinary for not just Las Vegas but the world. For now, Resorts World stands alone like a shining beacon on the edge of the wild American desert; and it’s nearly time to walk through those doors and see what it’s all about.

Is it June yet?!
