Now more than ever is the best time to be on “The Hook.” Spiegelworld, the rampant Las Vegas entertainment powerhouse, is extending its wacky charms to Atlantic City with its newest live-action installment coming June 2023.

Get On “The Hook”
Dinner and a show is a steadily growing phenomenon in the world of elevated outings. “The Hook” is a bombastic new concept that will find its permanent home alongside the pier and on the Atlantic City shoreline. A 400-person renovation project inside the historic Warner Theater is in progress, to bring the ultimate dining experience to East Coast guests and New Jersey residents.
Spiegelworld founder Ross Mollison, dubbed an “impresario extraordinaire,” is looking forward to the expansion.
“A decade ago, we came to Vegas and did things differently in live entertainment,” Mollison shared in a recent press release. “Now we’re incredibly excited that our pals at Caesars have given us this opportunity to bring our party to the playground of potential that is Atlantic City.”
More Merriment and Mayhem from Creative Minds
Spiegelworld is responsible for much of the Las Vegas Strip’s signature entertainment, defining the extreme nature of Sin City to the umpteenth degree. The show lineup includes:
Absinthe: The original groundbreaker. Visitors follow “The Gazillionaire” as he takes a turbulent, international tour to find the top talent for his artist troupe. Athletic performers exhibit tricks and feats on an astonishingly small stage to create impressive theatric delights unlike anything seen before.
Atomic Saloon: This raucous revue takes place in an intimate Western-style bar, complete with young love struggles, twisting acrobats and a sassy emcee to host an evening out.
OPM: “Passengers” take a wild 75-minute flight with Andromeda the android as she provides top-tier air hostess services on a funky plane-shaped stage. Snacks and drinks are part of the fun, with server flight attendants delivering libations and fun food items to the seats prior to the flight.
Superfrico: Guests hungry for delicious late-night eats will find both at this unconventional dinner. A twisting stage brings one variety act out after another for an ever-changing display of acrobatics and antics, adjacent to the to-go go-to cocktail stations and mixology mastery from Leo Robitschek and the otherworldly menu choices like tableside mozzarella and sourdough crumble gelato.
As an added bonus, the Ski Lodge next door to Superfrico is a winter wonderland of neon nuances, ice-cold drinks and an upbeat pace to keep the cold-weather party toasty warm. One might find guests bundled up in coats to take ski shots, wearing pajamas for a late-night slumber party or dressed to the nines as an extension of a night out in Las Vegas.
What to Expect from the Best in the West
More is on the horizon for Atlantic City’s coming of age. Spiegelworld is a key component to Caesars Entertainment’s multi-million dollar project. Superfrico, the mind-bending Italian-American restaurant, will see its second installment in Atlantic City.
America’s Playground is also the new home for a few staples that Las Vegas already enjoys on a daily basis. Caesars incorporated the city’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, alongside Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill and Gordon Ramsay Steak at the nearby Harrah’s Hotel. A Nobu restaurant, the first in the area, opened in late fall 2022 and is planning to accompany an Nobu Hotel location in Caesars Centurion Tower in 2023.
“Millions have moved to the Jersey shoreline, and there is nothing to do other than drive to New York with the flock of tourists,” Mollison said. “Forget it. Come to AC. We see beauty. We see brashness. We see the charm and history of the boardwalk. Experience a show that can be seen nowhere else in the world. Have an incredible cocktail. Have an incredible meal. Get caught on The Hook.”
