Pregnancy news is what everyone fan wants from their favorite celeb. And, on the other side of things, celebrities seem to love taking their baby news to social media. One star specifically who’s got a track record for teasing pregnancy news is Teen Mom star Maci Bookout McKinney. She already shares a 13-year-old son, Bentley Edwards, with her ex Ryan Edwards. She also has two children with her husband Taylor McKinney. The couple has a 6-year-old daughter, Jayde, and a 5-year-old son, Maverick. So the question lies here, is she pregnant with baby number four?
Clickbait Much?
On March 18, 2022 McKinney got fans curious when she wrote on her Instagram Story, “And just like that … surprise! [two pink heart emoji].” However, it was all just some fun. An insider told Celebuzz “It seems the rumors are popping up again so … to settle the score – no, Maci is NOT pregnant. No, she is not sporting a baby bump in the upcoming Teen Mom vacation show.”
A TikTok user made the effort to point out that McKinney was pulling down her shit as she stood up to potentially try and hide the baby bump. Another fan also recognized that she was drinking water while everyone else sipped wine. The insider squashed all assumption though, saying, “And she did not only drink water on the show. Anyone who knows Maci knows she likes beer. What was shown was a small clip from the show in the form of a trailer.” The insider laughed it off saying, “It’s funny how many people jump to conclusions based on a small clip. But no she is NOT pregnant.”
Pregnancy or Adoption?
Although McKinney suffered a miscarriage in 2017, that didn’t scare her from pregnancy entirely. But, her husband and herself have been more vocal about expanding their family through adoption instead. In September 2021 McKinney shared with InTouch Weekly, “It’s just a matter of the right timing. We have no idea how much is going to be on our plate at any given week or month or whatever.” She admitted, “I don’t feel like we’re in a place like right now where we could give everything we would want to give. Definitely still on the table but not right now.”
