The renter of the property writes in the description, "I have tried to make this one of the most unique treehouses in the United States. It is located on a 5 acre parcel of ground surrounded by oak and magnolia trees. The treehouse is located 15 feet high between two giant oak trees. There is a residential elevator made to look like a tree trunk to get you up into the Yurt located on a platform in the trees. It is an 18 foot Yurt designed by Rainier Yurts.
