Livestreaming Approved for Trump’s Election Interference Case Proceedings in Fulton County Court
The judge presiding over the extensive 2020 election interference racketeering case in Fulton County, Georgia, involving former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants, has issued a ruling allowing for livestreaming and potential television coverage of all related proceedings within his courtroom.
The decision, while currently set, remains subject to modification and will not encompass segments of the case transferred to federal jurisdiction.
During a court session on Thursday, Judge Scott McAfee of Fulton County’s Superior Court, who was designated to oversee the case, announced his intent to facilitate live broadcasting of all hearings and potential trials through the Fulton County Court’s official YouTube channel.
