Happy to Pass on the Torch of ‘Worst Person’, Jax Taylor Says Tom Sandoval is ‘Next-Level Sociopathic’

Let’s face it: the Tom Sandoval scandal is bad news for basically everyone in the “Vanderpump Rules” family.
Except, of course, Jax Taylor.
Because now, everyone’s focused on the drama surrounding Sandoval – and they’ve forgotten about the crappy things Taylor did.
Those crappy things include:
- sleeping with a porn star in Vegas while dating Stassi Schroeder
- cheating on Brittany Cartwright with Faith Stowers
- drinking way, way too much.
But Taylor seems to have turned over a new leaf in recent months. He’s cut back on the drinking, and he and current significant other Cartwright are peacefully co-parenting their two-year-old son, Cruz. They even have a podcast together, “When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany.”
Sandoval, on the other hand, carried on a 7-month-long affair with Raquel Leviss while married to Ariana Madix. And he doesn’t even take full accountability – he’s been busy trying to blame everyone else for his indiscretions, including Madix herself.
In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Taylor seemed happy to pass the torch of “worst person on the show” to Sandoval, and threw his castmate all the way under the bus.
Reality Tea writes, “‘I’ve done some f—-d-up things,’ Jax said in an exclusive interview to Rolling Stone. ‘But when I did what I did, I went down in a hole and fought to get my wife back.”
He contrasted his remorse for hurting Brittany to Sandoval’s behavior when Ariana unearthed the affair with Raquel.
‘The worst is the lack of empathy he has,’ Jax opined. ‘He’s making a joke of it, putting it in his songs. It’s almost like he’s getting off on this a little bit. That’s where it’s next-level sociopathic. Tom has definitely cheated on Ariana many, many times.’
Lala Kent has also been very vocal about calling Sandoval a narcissist. Indeed, none of Sandoval castmates, past or present, have anything favorable to say. Kristen Doute was brought back to film with Ariana, and rumors are swirling that Jax may return as well.
To those suggestions, Jax simply said, ‘usually where there’s smoke, there’s fire.’”
Taylor isn’t the only one who has called Sandoval out for his near-sociopathic response to being found out.
Ever since news broke of the affair, Sandoval has been a cool customer who seems uninterested in the impact he’s had on Ariana. While he’s issued a lukewarm apology, he keeps trying to blame outside circumstances for his choice to cheat on Ariana.
For seven long months.
At some point, the nearly-40-year-old is going to have to face the music and decide if he’s holding onto his supposed innocence, or if he’s ready to step up and be accountable.
But we wouldn’t hold our breath for some revelation and change.
Sandoval and Ariana recently sat down in the hope that the latter could get some closure from what she was put through, but things didn’t exactly go swimmingly.
Reality Tea writes, “Multiple sources state that the tense conversation went down in the couples’ shared home. As you might expect from Tom’s half-hearted Notes App apology, he apparently wasn’t very considerate of Ariana’s feelings. ‘Ariana walked away from the conversation feeling like she was gaslit by Tom,’ a source spilled about the confrontation. ‘He gave her several excuses as to why he never copped to cheating.’ The only reasonable excuse is that Tom lost his mind thanks to what appears to be a major midlife crisis. Get it together, dude.”
It’s hard to believe we’re saying it with a straight face, but Taylor really is the lesser evil – by a whole lot.
Get it together, dude, indeed.
